I cribbed this idea from Professor Don Chance. The students were MBA Finance students taking their upper tier Investments course. It was not easy for them to write something. It was really fascinating to see what each student got out of the class; it often was something that came out in an exchange with a student, in response to a question. I learned about them every night, and about their unspoken goals and about their degree of introspection. It is a great tool for the teacher to use.
